About Us

Welcome to Dad Mafia: More than just Dad Shirts.

At Dad Mafia, we believe that being a dad is one of the most important and rewarding roles a man can have. Dad Mafia was founded with a simple mission: to support dads everywhere and help them proudly represent what matters most in their lives - their families.

Why "Dad Mafia?"

Dad Mafia was founded by an Air Force pilot who saw different communities identify themselves as "Mafia" (FAIP Mafia, Fighter Mafia, Bomber Mafia). These communities created an overwhelming sense of belonging and common identity amongst its members.

Dad Mafia is no different - we are a strong community of dads looking to support each other through one of life's most challenging and rewarding experiences - fatherhood.

Join Dad Mafia

Dad Mafia was born out of the desire to create a community where dads could connect, share their experiences and support one another through their journey of fatherhood.

We welcome you to join our online forum for dads - there you'll find useful tips, shared experiences and even some humor.

When you wear Dad Mafia apparel, you're not just wearing a brand, you're joining a brotherhood of like-minded fathers who are passionate about their families and their roles as dads. We truly believe that we can make a difference together - not just in our own lives, but in the lives of dads everywhere.

Our Commitment

We strongly believe that everyone needs some help sometimes. Fatherhood is an incredible journey filled with joys and hardships alike and sometimes the pressures of being a dad can feel overwhelming. Too often, men are expected to shoulder these burdens in silence.

Because of this, we're proud to commit 10% of our quarterly net profits to charities that support men's mental health and suicide prevention. We make sure to donate to the most ethical charities that provide strong support. Check back often as we update our donation amounts.

By giving back, we aim to make a difference in the lives of dads everywhere, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive, both for them and their families.
